Idea Calzone Recipe
Using puff pastry as a base, integrating the cottage cheese with veggies and olives. When we have plain olives, it is easy to integrate them slicing the flesh and enhancing the flavour of our recipe with the olives’ notes.
In this recipe we will use just a pinch of salt and pepper. The flavour is enhanced because of the cornicabra olives’ notes.
How to serve Calzone
This time we will use the same wooden board.
EVOO:
We will use OMED arbequina olives for marking the zucchini slices and stir-fry onions, leeks and spinach.
O-Med arbequina extra virgin olive oil has a sweet fruitiness, notes reminiscent of apple and banana and some herbaceous notes in the background.
