61 · 21 was thought of as a tribute to the 60th anniversary of Aceitunas Losada, honouring the job of a consolidate company, highlighting our origins, and also proud to have become a modern and inspiring new project.
The organic products were considered to celebrate our anniversary, as a representation of the new projects, and our continuous researching and development, pillars of our current business model.
The consistency of our project is always based on our origins as farmers, taking into account this new challenge of organic products as a future integration step in our agriculture.

Our organic line has been certified as organic farming according to the regulation (EC) Nº 834/2007 of the Council of 28th June 2007. Obtaining the certification Nº: AN1089IAE-02.
Organic olives, plain and pitted, naturally fermented and packed with a low-salt brine and total absence of chemical additives; a range of four new products with Natural Gordal and Cacereña olives as base.
Playing with the desalting process prior to the packing, and getting the optimum brine formula for enhancing the flavours, we have got four products with interesting and unforgettable tasting notes and texture nuances.
